Who We Are

What Data We Collect and Why

We collect personal data in the following ways:

  • Booking inquiries: When you submit the booking form, your name, email address, selected service and project description are sent to Web3Forms, a third-party form handling service, which forwards the submission directly to our email address. Web3Forms does not permanently store your data. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry.
  • Analytics: With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised data about how visitors use this website (pages visited, time spent, device type). This helps us improve the site. No personally identifiable information is collected.
  • Advertising: With your consent, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. This may set cookies on your device.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the following legal bases under GDPR Article 6:

  • Booking inquiries: legitimate interest and pre-contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b))
  • Analytics and advertising tracking: your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a))

Data Retention

Booking inquiries received by email are retained for a maximum of 1 year, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings (26 months).

  • Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
